Rossitza Hantelmann wants to make her dream come true on the island: to become the best luxury real estate agent in Mallorca. How much work is involved is shown by the new docu-series \u201eMe, Myself & Mallorca\u201c<\/strong>, which from 24 March in the ARD Media Library<\/strong> as From 13.04. at 11:50 PM on SWR<\/strong> can be seen. Who is Rossitza Hantelmann?<\/h2>\n

Rossitza Hantelmann is a Luxury estate agents in Mallorca<\/a>. For over 25 years, she hasn't just sold houses, but dreams. Rossitza combines entrepreneurial thinking with a great passion for people and new projects.<\/p>\n

In the SWR documentary, Rossitza reveals her numerous facets: determined Entrepreneur, visionary and mother<\/strong>. \u201eOnce you get to know me, there's really no saying no anymore,\u201c the 50-year-old says about herself. In addition to her charm, Rossitza also impresses with her competence: She has completed both business administration and law with distinction at the Free University in Berlin.<\/p>\n

In \u201eMe, Myself & Mallorca\u201c a Rossitza on her goal, her job, and herself<\/a> with honesty and humour. Viewers get an insight into her professional life, but they also get to know Rossitza from her very personal side.<\/p>\n

The heart of Rossitza Hantelmann Real Estate: The Family<\/h3>\n

Family is at the heart of Rossitza\u2019s life. Her two children, Christopher (25) and Amelie (22), are an integral part of her Family business<\/a>. Together with her Miniature Poodles Leo and Ted, the three form Rossitza Hantelmann Real Estate.<\/p>\n

The documentary series provides an authentic An insight into the family's professional daily routine<\/strong>. The viewers learn how Rossitza makes business decisions, what values play a role, and how important Trust and cohesion <\/strong>are in a family business. Their children also show their successes and challenges: Is law the right career path for Amelie in the end?<\/p>\n

The docu-soap \u201eMe, Myself & Mallorca\u201c is announced for spring. It starts on 24.03.2026<\/strong> in the ARD Media Library<\/strong>. The series is produced and broadcast by SWR.<\/p>\n
