For over 25 years, I\u2019ve been assisting clients in the international property market, with professional experience in Germany, Austria, and Mallorca. The island has been my home for many years. Here, I\u2019ve not only built up extensive market knowledge but also developed a keen sense for what properties in Mallorca truly represent: arriving, quality of life, and long-term value.<\/p>

A completed degree in law and business administration forms the professional basis of my work and gives me the confidence to support clients not only in terms of the market but also in a structured, legally sound and economically considered manner.<\/p>

Together with my two children, I've had the privilege of building a business here \u2013 a family enterprise driven by entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, deep trust, and a shared commitment to providing clients with personal and reliable guidance. A long-standing, trusted network of lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, architects, and property developers forms the bedrock of our work. This creates clarity, security, and a structured path through a demanding market.<\/p>

What drives me is the knowledge of how important a home is \u2013 especially in Mallorca. Whether as a main residence, a place of retreat or an investment: every decision is individual and deserves attention, expertise and time. I accompany you precisely on this path \u2013 with market understanding, foresight and genuine closeness to the person behind the decision.<\/p>

Privately, the topic of home also plays a significant role. Family, garden design, various animals, and especially our dogs are an integral part of my everyday life, as is our commitment to animal welfare and social projects. Music \u2013 especially the piano \u2013 art, culture, reading, education, and sport shape our family life. Travel, internationality, and further education broaden my horizons and naturally flow into my work.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Entrepreneurship and self-employment have fascinated me since childhood. I'm excited about bringing new ideas to market through creativity. I founded my first online shop at the age of 16. After finishing my Abitur, I studied e-commerce in Berlin to gain experience in online marketing and visual merchandising.<\/p>

After moving to Mallorca as a science scholar at Palma College, I was able to experience the special zest for life on the island alongside my mother. Amidst nature, horses, and a small studio for fashion illustrations, many of my dreams came true here \u2013 Mallorca remains a place of inspiration for me to this day.

I completed my LL.M. at the University of Miami in May 2025 and am now preparing for my state bar exam in October 2026. As Social Media Manager and Newsletter Author, I am responsible for Rossitza Hantelmann Real Estate's communications \u2013 from island news to our properties.
