I have been assisting clients in the international real estate market for over 25 years, with professional positions in Germany, Austria, and Mallorca. The island has been my home for many years. Here, I have not only built up comprehensive market knowledge, but also developed a keen sense of what real estate in Mallorca really means: arrival, quality of life, and long-term value.
A degree in law and business administration forms the professional basis of my work and gives me the confidence to support clients not only in terms of the market, but also in a structured, legally sound, and economically well-thought-out manner.
Together with my two children, I have been able to build a business here—a family business that is driven by entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, deep trust, and a shared commitment to providing customers with personal and reliable support. A long-standing, trusted network of lawyers, tax advisors, notaries, architects, and property developers forms the foundation of our work. This creates clarity, security, and a structured path through a challenging market.
What drives me is knowing how important a home is—especially in Mallorca. Whether it's a place to live, a retreat, or an investment, every decision is individual and deserves attention, experience, and time. That's exactly how I guide you—with market knowledge, foresight, and genuine closeness to the people behind the decision.
The topic of home also plays an important role in my private life. Family, gardening, various animals, and especially our dogs are an integral part of my everyday life, as is my commitment to animal welfare and social projects. Music—especially piano—art, culture, reading, education, and sports shape our family. Travel, internationality, and continuing education broaden my horizons and naturally flow into my work.

Entrepreneurship and self-employment have fascinated me since childhood. I am passionate about bringing new ideas to the market through creativity. At 16, I founded my first online shop. After graduating from high school, I studied E-Commerce in Berlin to gain experience in online marketing and visual merchandising.

Swimming, sports, and a healthy lifestyle are part of my daily routine. The logical and tactical thinking involved in playing chess provides a good balance.
As a co-founder and authorized signatory of Rossitza Hantelmann Real Estate, a dream is coming true for me. In our family, trust is paramount. As a team, we complement and support each other with our diverse expertise. I am delighted to represent our online activities and sales.

After moving to Mallorca as a science scholarship holder at Palma College, I was able to experience the island's special zest for life together with my mother. Between nature, horses, and a small studio for fashion illustrations, many of my dreams came true here—Mallorca remains a place of inspiration for me to this day.
In May 2025, I completed my LL.M. at the University of Miami and am now preparing for my state exam in October 2026. As social media manager and newsletter author, I am responsible for communications at Rossitza Hantelmann Estate – from news about the island to our properties. I look forward to inspiring you about our family business.
