The sale of high-end luxury real estate has been with me for 25 years – first in Berlin and since 2019 on Mallorca.
In addition to completing two degrees in business administration and law as well as psychotherapeutic training, I have worked as a manager throughout Europe in recent years.
With the purchase of my own property in 2018, I got to know and love Mallorca in a very special way.
With the foundation of Rossitza Hantelmann Real Estate, a dream came true for me – to be creative and work together with my children every day and to offer a service that meets our quality standards – all this fills me with happiness.

Entrepreneurship and self-employment have fascinated me since I was a child. I get excited about bringing new ideas to the market through creativity. I founded my first online store at the age of 16. After graduating from high school, I studied e-commerce in Berlin to gain experience in the fields of online marketing and visual merchandising.
Innovations, strategic actions and future-oriented business models interest me, as I can implement them in our company.
Swimming, sports and a healthy lifestyle are part of my everyday life. Logical and tactical thinking while playing chess creates a good balance.
As co-founder of Rossitza Hantelmann Real Estate, a dream comes true for me. In our family, trust comes first. As a team, we complement and support each other with our different know-how. I am happy to represent our online activities and sales.
Amelie Jahr

After moving to the island as a natural science scholarship student at Palma College, I was able to experience the life and happiness of Mallorca with my mother. Here, many of my dreams came true – my favorite part was experiencing the freedom of nature on the back of my horse. Besides dressage riding, I transformed my thoughts into fashion illustrations in a small studio. Being creative in Mallorca, looking at the mountains, is truly a privilege.
I am currently in Berlin for my law studies, but use any free time to fly back to my home country. As social media manager and newsletter writer, I am responsible, especially for publishing news of the island, our properties and about us as a family business. I look forward to being able to inspire you with Rossitza Hantelmann Real Estate.
